Really enjoy this recipe – a fun one to make with the kids, tasty and works well for lunch or dinner with a side salad.
My wife hates aniseed so I left out the tarragon and fennel and went with thyme instead.

Really lovely recipe this. I used the awesome Angus and Oink shawarma rub with some lemon juice on the chicken and would thoroughly recommend.

A nice lunch or starter, wish I had more leaves or radicchio but I good a very quick and easy one to prep. Of course we did have a crusty roll and glass of white wine with it!

A delicious traybake in a sticky plum and hoisin sauce – really filling, and good value, too.

This is a beautiful recipe. Really impressive to look at, and incredibly simple to make. The goats cheese flavour is a classic combo with asparagus and prosciutto and everything works so nicely.
The one thing to note is the recipe does encourage you to blind bake the pastry. I would recommend you do that as the cheese mixture is very wet and you’ll end up with a soggy pastry if you don’t blind bake it.
Beautiful recipe with a crisp salad dressed in balsamic with a glass of white wine. You can get the recipe at Waitrose here.
I’m not usually a massive aubergine fan but this was a nice way to soften them and pair them with classic white bean and tomato stew. A splash of wine would have gone nicely in there too. The sauce was mopped up with a nice crusty roll. Crispy sea bass skin made this a lovely midweek meal.

This was a pretty tasty dinner and easy to make. Roasting the salmon I find makes the flavour more subtle and less rich than pan frying. The buttered leeks were nice because they retained some sharpness from the wine and the tomatoes were soft and provided a some moisture with the potatoes.

A quick and easy seafood pasta recipe by Waitrose – love a bit of crab and the tomato went nicely once cooked down and sweetened.
Love a hot dog, and chilli dogs are even better! I saw this recipe and thought the onions would be perfect on top of the chilli dog franks! These are slightly spicy, and very nice. They also go nicely as a kind of relish in a sandwich!

A nice recipe that does what it says on the tin! BLT flavours are classic, and the potatoes give this a bit more substance for your evening meal. The shallots, garlic and vinegar add a nice zing of flavour and the avocado provide a rich creaminess. I struggled to plate mine with the same level of vibrant and order, but the flavours are classic and this is a quick and simple dinner packed full of veggies.
